Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account, including keeping your password secure. Notify us at hello@laudvi.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use Laudvi for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law in your jurisdiction.
• Misrepresent yourself or your business, or use Laudvi on behalf of a business you do not own or are not authorized to represent.
• Attempt to interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities outside of a disclosed program, or abuse rate limits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
• Use AI-generated drafts to impersonate third parties or mislead your customers.
• Generate, solicit, or post fake or incentivized reviews on any review platform using any feature of Laudvi.

Laudvi plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are displayed at laudvi.com/#pricing and may change with reasonable notice; any change will not apply to the billing period you are already in.

Payment is authorized when you enter your billing information and is charged at the start of each billing period. Failed payments may result in your account being placed in a past-due state. If payment is not resolved within three (3) days, access to review sync and AI drafting features is paused until billing is resolved.

New accounts receive a fourteen (14) day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. During the trial, you have access to Growth-tier features. At the end of the trial, review sync and AI drafting are paused until you choose a paid plan. Your existing data remains visible in your account.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your account settings. Cancellation is self-serve and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You continue to have access until that period ends. We do not offer retention flows or cancel-by-phone requirements.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, email hello@laudvi.com and we will review it.

Connecting a third-party review platform (Google Business Profile, Yelp, TripAdvisor, or others) requires you to comply with that platform's own Terms of Service. You are responsible for:

• Not soliciting reviews in any way that violates the relevant platform's review policies (for example, Yelp prohibits businesses from soliciting reviews).
• Not offering discounts, rewards, or other incentives in exchange for reviews.
• Not creating, posting, or encouraging fake reviews on any platform.

Violations of third-party platform policies may result in loss of platform access and may require us to disconnect your integration.

Review content displayed in Laudvi is owned by the underlying review platforms and the individuals who wrote the reviews. Laudvi displays and organizes that content on your behalf but does not claim ownership of it.

The Laudvi software, brand, and product design are owned by Averian Labs, LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription.

We work hard to keep Laudvi running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may perform maintenance, update features, or experience outages from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Averian Labs, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Laudvi. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Averian Labs, LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service in violation of these Terms or in violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
