Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
• Business information: the business details you provide during onboarding — name, address, phone number, website, and business type.
• Business and review statistics: the Google business you select and its publicly available rating and review-count statistics, along with the same summary statistics for any competitor businesses you choose to track. We do not import individual review authors or review text.
• Customer details you provide:when you send a review request, the customer's first name and the email address or mobile number you enter, together with the star rating and any private feedback the customer submits in response.
• Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe; we store a Stripe customer identifier and subscription status, never your full card details.
• Basic usage data: pages visited and feature usage, collected through a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not set tracking cookies.

• To provide the Laudvi service — sending review requests and reminders to your customers on your behalf, and giving you back your rating and competitor statistics.
• To notify you when a customer leaves private feedback, and to send your weekly summary email.
• To operate your account and, if you subscribe to a paid plan, to manage billing and send receipts.
• To improve the product — understanding which features are used, diagnosing bugs, and planning what to build next.
• To respond to support requests you initiate.

We do not use your information, your reviews, or your customers' feedback to train any machine learning model.

Laudvi relies on the following vendors to operate. Each processes a limited scope of data on our behalf:

• Google Places API — to look up your business and track publicly available rating and review-count statistics for you and the competitors you choose.
• Stripe — to process payments if and when you subscribe to a paid plan.
• Resend — to deliver review-request and other transactional emails.
• Twilio — the provider Laudvi uses to deliver SMS review requests and reminders.
• Supabase — to host the application database and authenticate users.
• Vercel — to host and serve the Laudvi application.
• Cloudflare — for DNS, edge caching, and DDoS protection.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your business data and review history are deleted thirty (30) days after cancellation. Authentication records managed by Supabase may be retained longer for security and audit purposes.

You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@laudvi.com.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@laudvi.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only disclosures we make are to the service providers listed above, and only to the extent required to operate the product.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law, legal process, or a valid request from a public authority.

When a local business uses Laudvi to send a review request or reminder to your mobile number, we send that message only on behalf of that specific business. Message frequency varies by business and is typically one message, with at most one reminder.

You can cancel and opt out of receiving these text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at hello@laudvi.com. Message and data rates may apply.

Laudvi uses a minimal set of functional cookies required to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not set third-party tracking cookies.

We protect your data in transit with TLS and at rest through our hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we use standard industry practices and keep our surface area small.

Laudvi is a business product and is not directed to children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users by email. Continued use of Laudvi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
