Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
• Business information: the business details you provide during onboarding — name, address, phone number, website, and business type.
• Review data from connected platforms: when you connect Google Business Profile or another supported platform, we import your public review content — reviewer display names, star ratings, review text, and timestamps.
• Billing information: processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer identifier and subscription status, never your full card details.
• Basic usage data: pages visited and feature usage, collected through a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not set tracking cookies.

• To provide the Laudvi service — showing your reviews, generating response drafts, and sending alerts.
• To send real-time review alerts and the weekly digest email you opted into.
• To operate your subscription — processing payments, sending receipts, and managing your plan.
• To improve the product — understanding which features are used, diagnosing bugs, and planning what to build next.
• To respond to support requests you initiate.

We do not use the content of your reviews or your customers' review content to train any machine learning model. AI features are invoked per request and are not used to produce training datasets.

Laudvi relies on the following vendors to operate. Each processes a limited scope of data on our behalf:

• Google Business Profile API — to sync your Google reviews after you connect your account.
• Stripe — to process subscription payments.
• Anthropic — to generate AI response drafts and weekly digest summaries on request.
• Resend — to deliver transactional emails including alerts and digests.
• Supabase — to host the application database and authenticate users.
• Vercel — to host and serve the Laudvi application.
• Cloudflare — for DNS, edge caching, and DDoS protection.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your business data and review history are deleted thirty (30) days after cancellation. Authentication records managed by Supabase may be retained longer for security and audit purposes.

You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@laudvi.com.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@laudvi.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only disclosures we make are to the service providers listed above, and only to the extent required to operate the product.

We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law, legal process, or a valid request from a public authority.

Laudvi uses a minimal set of functional cookies required to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not set third-party tracking cookies.

We protect your data in transit with TLS and at rest through our hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we use standard industry practices and keep our surface area small.

Laudvi is a business product and is not directed to children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users by email. Continued use of Laudvi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
